alesyalee.com reserves the right to end this agreement with you, terminate any order, and suspend or restrict access to the site if:

Cancelling Orders
Ready-to-Wear and Online Orders
You may cancel an order after placing it and receiving confirmation of receipt, provided you have not yet received a dispatch confirmation email.
To request cancellation, please email info@alesyalee.com with the subject line: URGENT CANCELLATION
Please include:

- the products ordered;
- your order number;
- your address;
- your contact telephone number.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until you receive it and then return it in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.
Made-to-Order / Personalised Items
If any products sold through alesyalee.com are made to order, personalised, or custom-made, such items may be non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun, except where required by law.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, you may do so within the period stated in our Shipping & Returns policy, subject to eligibility requirements. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact unless the item is faulty.
